YOUR ACCOUNT & DATA

Privacy.

Browsing

You can browse the directory without signing in. Joining a server opens Discord, which has its own privacy policy. Server icons load from Discord’s content delivery network. Google Fonts provides the site fonts. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Signing in and listing a server

TCM handles sign-in. We use your TCM account ID, display name, linked Discord ID and Discord server access to show your servers and verify ownership. We do not request your email address. TCM access tokens are encrypted, kept on the server, and removed when you sign out or expire. Essential encrypted session cookies last up to eight hours; sign-in transaction cookies last ten minutes.

Published server names, descriptions, invitations, approximate member counts, categories, languages and public source links are visible to everyone. Your account ID and tokens are not included in public listings. Public server information may also be collected from advertised invitations on community pages.

Control and retention

Owners can edit or unpublish a listing after a fresh ownership check. We retain unpublished server IDs so discovery respects the removal. For account data deletion, corrections or moderation concerns, contact TCM through the developer portal and include the relevant server ID. Operational request logs may be retained by the hosting infrastructure.
